👉đŸŊ *Medical Fitness Certificate(Important)* - Compulsory and important for all PCMs either single, married, breast feeding, pregnant and those with special needs. In some camps, you've to present the medical fitness certificate at the gate before you'll be allowed to enter the orientation camp.

👉đŸŊ *Redeployment/Medical Report(Optional)* - this optional and important if you want the following during camp

✅ *I cannot carryout all activities in the camp*
_you need a medical report for you to rest well in the hostel_

✅ *The stress in camp is too much for me*
 _you need a medical report to rest well_
 ✅ *I don't like this state am posted to*
 _you need a medical report that will redeploy you to your preferred state_
✅ *My parents said the state i'm posted to is too far I want to redeploy*
 _you need a medical report to attached to your redeployment form_

*_How to redeploy on health ground in the camp_*
1. 📄 Obtain a redeployment form which is free for all corps member

2. 📝  Write a redeployment application letter (content of the letter is available for you to copy)

3. 📑 Attach a medical report from a government hospital together with the hand written letter and submit it to your platoon officer.
